At the NABT, we are dedicated to providing veteran teachers and their experience as a resource for beginning teachers. Mentor relationships will help those teachers where induction programs do not exist as well as supplement existing mentoring programs with teachers who are available in a virtual community.
Lesson plans, behavior management, establishing your classroom and interacting with parents, administrators, and students will be just some of the facets of a mentoring relationship.
